What happens after you get in touch
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, and usually the same day if you write in the morning. If it's urgent, call — that reaches us faster than any form.
Will I be talking to a salesperson?
No. The first conversation is with someone who'd actually work on the project, because they're the person who can tell you whether it's feasible and what it involves. There's no sales sequence and nobody will chase you weekly.
Do I need to know exactly what I want first?
Not at all. Most useful first conversations start with a problem rather than a specification — "invoicing is always late" or "our website gets no enquiries" is plenty to work from. Working out what to build is part of what we do.
Is the first conversation chargeable?
No. Discovery calls and a written scope with an indicative range are free. We only charge once work starts — with the exception of a technical audit of an existing system, which is real work and is quoted separately.
Can we meet in person?
Yes — our office is at Kamathenu Nagar, Avarampalayam Road, Coimbatore. Clients based here often prefer to sit down for the initial scoping conversation. Call ahead so the right person is available.
