Software development in Coimbatore that fits your business
We build websites, mobile apps, and internal systems for companies across Tamil Nadu and India — starting from how your team actually works, not from a template that needs your business bent to fit it.
Most software fails long before anyone writes code
The usual story goes like this. A quote comes in low, work starts before anyone has agreed what "done" means, and three months later there's a half-built system nobody can use and a developer who has stopped replying. The business goes back to the spreadsheet that was supposed to be replaced.
It rarely fails for technical reasons. It fails because nobody spent the first week asking how the work actually gets done today — who touches which record, which step people skip when they're busy, and what the workaround is that everyone quietly relies on.
- Two people maintain the same data in two different places
- A critical process depends on one person's spreadsheet
- Your team exports data to do anything useful with it
- Off-the-shelf software forced you to change a process that was working
- You can't answer a basic question about last month without asking someone
We start with your process, then decide what to build
Before we quote, we map what happens today — the real sequence, including the workarounds. That usually shortens the build, because a good half of what people ask for in the first conversation turns out to be a symptom of something simpler.
Then we build in stages you can actually see. You get a working, usable slice early and every couple of weeks after that, so you're reacting to software rather than to a document. When something needs to change — and it will — we tell you what it costs before we do it.
Software Development in detail
Each of these has its own page covering scope, process, pricing questions, and what's included.
What we build
Three delivery lines, and they overlap more often than not — most projects need a website and an admin system, or an app and the backend behind it.
Websites and web applications
From a fast marketing site to a full customer portal with logins, payments, and role-based access.
Android and iOS apps
One codebase in Flutter or React Native where that's the right call, native where it isn't. We'll tell you which.
Internal business systems
Order tracking, inventory, job cards, approvals, billing — the systems that run the floor, not the brochure.
Integrations
Making your website talk to your accounting, your CRM talk to WhatsApp, your app talk to payment gateways.
Rescue and rebuild
Taking over a project someone else left unfinished. We audit first and tell you honestly whether to fix or restart.
Ongoing development
A retained arrangement for companies who ship changes continuously instead of in one big project.
What you get out of it
- Fewer people doing data entry
- The most common outcome of a first project is that two or three hours a day of copying between systems stops happening.
- Answers without asking anyone
- Reporting that's built in, so the question "how did last month go" doesn't require a person and an afternoon.
- Something you can hand over
- Documented, commented code and a handover session. If you bring development in-house later, you're not starting from nothing.
- Room to grow into
- Built so the next ten features don't require a rewrite. We'd rather spend an extra week now than rebuild in a year.
How a build runs
Five stages. You see working software from stage three onwards, not at the end.
- 01
Discover
A working session to map the current process, the people in it, and what success looks like in numbers. Output is a written scope, not a verbal promise.
- 02
Plan
Architecture, screens, data model, and a staged delivery plan with a fixed price per stage. You approve before anything is built.
- 03
Build
Two-week cycles. At the end of each you get a working environment to click through and comment on, and we adjust from there.
- 04
Launch
Testing across real devices, data migration, a dry run, then go-live. We stay on hand through the first week, which is when real usage finds what testing didn't.
- 05
Support and improve
Bug fixes, monitoring, and a backlog we work through together. Most clients keep a small monthly block of hours rather than a big contract.
What we work with
Chosen for how long they'll be maintainable, not for how they sound in a proposal. If your team already knows a stack, that matters more than our preference.

Why work with us on this
You'll get told no
If a feature isn't worth what it costs, we say so before quoting it. That conversation is cheaper for both of us than building it.
Fixed price per stage
Not one number for a vague scope, and not an open-ended hourly meter. Each stage is priced and approved on its own.
The build team does your SEO too
The people who write the code sit with the people who have to rank it, so technical SEO gets built in rather than retrofitted by a different vendor.
We're still here after launch
Based in Coimbatore, reachable on a phone call. The relationship is meant to outlast the project.
Questions we get asked
Something not answered here? Ask us directly — we answer questions before quoting, not after.
How much does a software project cost?
It depends entirely on scope, and anyone who quotes before understanding yours is guessing. What we can tell you: a straightforward business website starts in the low tens of thousands of rupees, a mobile app or a portal with logins and payments runs considerably higher, and a full internal system is quoted per stage. The discovery conversation is free, and you'll leave it with a written range rather than a single number.
How long will it take?
A marketing website is typically four to six weeks. A mobile app or customer portal is usually three to five months. Internal systems vary most, because they depend on how many processes are in scope. We give you a stage-by-stage timeline in the planning phase, and we'd rather commit to a date we can hold than the one you want to hear.
Do you work with businesses outside Coimbatore?
Yes — most of the work is remote regardless of where the client is. Being in Coimbatore means clients here can sit down with us in person, which some prefer for the discovery stage. For everyone else it makes no practical difference; we run the same way over calls and shared environments.
Who owns the code when the project is finished?
You do. Source code, repositories, hosting accounts, and any credentials are yours and get handed over in writing at the end of the project. We don't hold infrastructure hostage as a retention strategy, and you're free to take the code to another developer.
Can you take over a project another developer started?
Often, yes. We start with a paid audit — a few days reading the code and infrastructure — and then give you an honest recommendation. Sometimes the right answer is to continue, sometimes it's to rebuild the core and keep the rest, and occasionally it's to start again. We'd rather tell you that upfront than discover it three months in.
What happens if we need changes after launch?
Bugs in what we built are fixed at no cost, and that isn't time-limited for genuine defects. New features are quoted separately or drawn from a monthly block of hours if you keep one. Most clients settle on a small retained arrangement, which works out cheaper than commissioning changes one at a time.
Tell us what's not working
Describe the process that's costing you time and we'll tell you whether software is the right fix — and roughly what it would take.
