Performance marketing that answers one question: cost per lead
Paid advertising is the fastest way to find out whether your offer works. We run Google and Meta campaigns for businesses in Coimbatore with the tracking in place first, so you know what you're getting for the spend.
Most ad accounts are quietly wasting a third of the budget
The pattern repeats. Broad match keywords pulling in searches that were never going to convert. One ad group covering eight unrelated services. No negative keywords. Conversion tracking either absent or double-counting. Budget spread evenly across campaigns regardless of which produces enquiries. Ads pointing at a homepage instead of a page about the thing being searched for.
None of this is exotic. It's what happens when an account is set up once and then left to run, and it's why the first month of a new engagement usually produces an improvement just from cleanup.
- You don't know your cost per enquiry
- Ads point at your homepage rather than a relevant page
- The search terms report is full of irrelevant queries
- Conversion tracking was never set up, or counts page views
- Budget hasn't been reallocated in months
Tracking first, then intent, then spend
We won't run spend on an account where conversions aren't tracked properly, because there's no way to optimise it — you'd be paying for guesses. So the first step is always making enquiries countable: form submissions, calls, and WhatsApp messages, each attributed to the campaign and search term that produced it.
Then campaigns get structured by intent. Someone searching for a specific service in a specific city is close to buying and worth bidding properly for. Someone searching a general term is not, and should see a different message or nothing at all. Tight ad groups, matched landing pages, and an actively maintained negative keyword list do most of the work.
From there it's arithmetic. Shift budget towards what converts, cut what doesn't, and keep testing the message. Every change gets logged with the reason, so the account has a history rather than a mystery.
What we manage
Google Search campaigns
Intent-led keyword structure, tight ad groups, negative keyword management, and ad copy tested against real search terms.
Meta campaigns
Facebook and Instagram campaigns for demand that isn't expressed as a search yet, using lookalike and interest targeting.
Conversion tracking setup
Forms, calls, and WhatsApp clicks tracked as conversions and attributed correctly. Done before any budget goes live.
Landing pages
Pages built for the campaign rather than the homepage. Our developers build them, so this isn't a recommendation you have to action elsewhere.
Remarketing
Reaching people who visited and didn't enquire. Usually the cheapest conversions in the account.
Budget reallocation
Monthly review moving spend towards what produces enquiries and away from what doesn't. Actively, not annually.
What you get from doing it properly
- Enquiries within days
- Unlike SEO, paid campaigns start producing almost immediately. That makes them the right tool when you need leads now.
- A known cost per lead
- Once you know what an enquiry costs and what one is worth, scaling becomes a decision rather than a gamble.
- Fast answers about your offer
- Paid traffic tells you in two weeks which message resonates. That intelligence improves your website and sales conversations too.
- Less wasted spend
- Negative keywords, tighter targeting, and matched landing pages typically recover a meaningful share of an inherited budget.
How we run paid campaigns
- 01
Audit the existing account
Search terms, wasted spend, tracking accuracy, and account structure. If you're starting fresh, we skip to research.
- 02
Fix the measurement
Conversion tracking for forms, calls, and WhatsApp, verified with test submissions. No spend until this is right.
- 03
Build the structure
Campaigns and ad groups by intent and service, with landing pages matched to each. Negative keyword list from day one.
- 04
Launch small and learn
Start with controlled budget on the highest-intent terms. The first two weeks are for data, not for scale.
- 05
Optimise weekly
Search term review, bid adjustments, ad testing, and negative keywords added. Weekly, because waste accumulates daily.
- 06
Scale what works
Increase budget on what converts within your target cost per lead, and pause what doesn't after a fair test.
Why us for paid campaigns
We won't spend without tracking
It sounds obvious. It's also the single most common reason ad budgets underperform, and we'd rather delay launch than skip it.
We build the landing pages
Half of paid performance is the page. Because our developers are in-house, that gets fixed rather than recommended.
The account stays yours
Your Google Ads and Meta accounts, your billing, us as managers. You keep the history and the learning if you leave.
We'll tell you to stop
If your cost per lead can't get to a workable number, continuing to spend isn't in your interest and we'll say so.
Questions we get asked
Something not answered here? Ask us directly — we answer questions before quoting, not after.
What's the minimum ad budget worth starting with?
Enough to generate a meaningful number of clicks per week on your target terms, which depends entirely on what a click costs in your category — competitive B2B terms can be many times the cost of local service searches. Below a certain point the account never gathers enough data to optimise, and you're better off putting that money into SEO and local search. We'll tell you honestly if your budget is below that line.
How is your management fee structured?
A flat monthly fee based on the work involved, not a percentage of your ad spend. Percentage-of-spend creates an incentive to recommend bigger budgets, which isn't aligned with getting you the lowest cost per lead. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and Meta, so you always see exactly what went to media versus management.
Google Ads or Meta Ads — which should we start with?
If people search for what you sell, Google first — you're meeting expressed demand and it converts better. If your product needs explaining, or you're targeting a demographic rather than an intent, Meta first. Many businesses eventually run both, with Google capturing demand and Meta creating it, but starting with one and doing it well is better than splitting a small budget.
Why do we need a separate landing page?
Because a homepage has to serve everybody, and a campaign page only has to serve one search. If someone searches for mobile app development and lands on a homepage listing eight services, they have to hunt for what they came for, and a good share of them leave. A page about that one thing, with one clear action, converts meaningfully better on the same traffic.
How long until the campaigns are profitable?
Expect the first two to four weeks to be a learning period where you're buying data rather than efficient leads. From there it typically improves for two to three months as negative keywords accumulate and bids get tuned. Whether it reaches profitability depends on your margins and what a customer is worth to you — which is why we ask for those numbers before starting.
Can you work with our existing Google Ads account?
Yes, and it's usually better than starting fresh — an established account carries historical performance data that helps Google's bidding. We take manager access, audit it, and clean up rather than rebuild unless the structure is beyond repair. You keep ownership and billing throughout.
