Social media that builds recognition and starts conversations
Followers don't buy anything; people do. We run social media for businesses in Coimbatore with a narrower goal than most — being recognised and trusted by the specific people who might hire you.
A client asked whether they needed an app. We said no — a faster mobile site did the job for a fraction of the cost. Here’s how we decided.
“Do you build booking systems for clinics?”
The abandoned business account
Almost every business has one. Set up enthusiastically, posted to daily for three weeks, then quarterly, then not at all. The last post is a Diwali greeting from two years ago. It's now doing active harm — anyone who checks it concludes the business might not still be operating.
The usual cause isn't laziness. It's that nobody decided what the account was for. Without a purpose, every post is a fresh decision about what to say, which is exhausting, so eventually nobody makes it.
- Your last post is a festival greeting from a year ago
- Posting happens when someone remembers, then stops
- Comments and direct messages go unanswered for days
- You're on five platforms and active on none
- You can't say what the account is supposed to achieve
Fewer platforms, a clear purpose, a schedule that survives a busy month
We pick two platforms based on where your buyers actually are, and we define what the account is for — usually one of three things: proving competence to people evaluating you, staying visible to past customers so you come to mind first, or answering the questions that come up before a purchase.
Then we build a content mix that can be produced sustainably from things already happening in your business: work you've completed, questions customers ask, the reasoning behind a decision, your team. This is far more effective than generic design-template posts, and it can actually be sustained because the raw material is real.
Messages and comments get answered within hours, not days. For most businesses that's the highest-value part of social media, and it's the part most often neglected.
What's included
Platform strategy
Which two platforms, what the account is for, and what success looks like. Written down so posts stop being an improvisation.
Content production
Graphics, captions, and short video edits on a monthly calendar, approved in advance so nothing gets published in a rush.
Scheduled, consistent posting
An agreed cadence that holds through your busy season. Consistency beats bursts of enthusiasm.
Community management
Comments and direct messages answered promptly, in your voice, with genuine enquiries passed straight to your team.
Paid social
Promoting what already performs organically, and running targeted campaigns to audiences that resemble your customers.
Reporting on what matters
Enquiries and message volume first. Reach and engagement as context, not as the headline.
What good social media actually does
- You pass the credibility check
- People look you up before contacting you. An active, competent-looking account removes doubt at exactly the moment it matters.
- Enquiries arrive by message
- A growing share of buyers would rather send a direct message than fill a form. Answered quickly, those convert well.
- Past customers remember you
- Repeat and referral business depends on being top of mind when the need comes up again. This is the cheapest way to stay there.
- Your other marketing works better
- People who recognise your name click your ads and search results more often. Recognition lifts everything else.
How we run social
- 01
Decide the purpose
What the account is for, which two platforms, and which audience. Everything else follows from this.
- 02
Set up properly
Profiles completed, bios that say what you do, contact paths working, and a consistent visual treatment.
- 03
Build a content system
Recurring formats we can fill each month from real work, so production doesn't depend on inspiration.
- 04
Publish and respond
Monthly calendar approved in advance, posted on schedule, with messages and comments handled daily.
- 05
Amplify what works
Put budget behind the posts that already performed. That's a far better use of paid social than promoting something new.
Why us for social media
We won't put you on five platforms
Two, done properly. Recommending more would mean more billable work and a worse result.
Content from real work
We build the content mix from what your business actually does, so it's credible and sustainable.
Messages get answered
Community management is included rather than an add-on, because unanswered enquiries are the biggest leak on most accounts.
Honest reporting
If a platform isn't producing enquiries after a fair trial, we'll recommend dropping it.
Questions we get asked
Something not answered here? Ask us directly — we answer questions before quoting, not after.
Which platforms should our business be on?
For B2B, professional services, and anything with a long consideration period, LinkedIn is usually first. For consumer, retail, food, real estate, and anything visual, Instagram leads, with Facebook still mattering for local reach in Tamil Nadu — particularly for reaching an older audience. YouTube is worth it if you can produce video consistently. We look at your actual customers before recommending, not at platform popularity in general.
How often should we post?
Two to three times a week, sustained, beats daily for a month and then nothing. The cadence needs to survive your busiest season, because that's when posting stops and accounts die. We'd rather agree a schedule you can hold for a year than an ambitious one that collapses in March.
Do we need to appear in videos ourselves?
It helps a lot, and it's not compulsory. Content featuring actual people — explaining something, showing work in progress, answering a common question — consistently outperforms polished graphics. But we can build a strong account from completed work, customer questions, and short explainer content without anyone going on camera.
Who replies to comments and messages?
We do, within agreed hours, using a set of approved responses for common questions and your tone for everything else. Anything that's a genuine sales enquiry gets passed to your team immediately rather than handled by us. Anything sensitive or complaint-related gets escalated, not improvised.
Can you also run our WhatsApp Business account?
Yes, and for many businesses in Coimbatore that's where the actual conversations happen. We can set up the Business profile, catalogue, quick replies, and away messages, and our virtual assistance team can staff the inbox during business hours if you'd rather not handle the volume internally.
